Wowie - and cards
I just realized something. In April, I will have had this LJ account for 10 years. 10 years. That's like forever in internet years. That means that I've had discarnate.com for almost 15 years.

It's been so much fun. I'm not saying goodbye or anything, I'm just reflecting. So, hold on to your towel, and don't panic.
I've made some very close friends on here, worked out trades and dollie deals, had a teeny bit of drama (I'm looking at you Titro-fucking-ella) and for the most part, have enjoyed posting my thoughts, reading yours and making friends.
If I ever needed a reason why I need to keep this journal going, it's by looking at how long I've had it, and how much I enjoy you all.
Speaking of enjoying you all, this is the last call for holiday cards. get me you're address, and I'll get them out to you
They look gorgeous this year. Better than they've ever looked before, and even though it's not really christmas-sy, I used my favorite photo I've ever taken. This was taken on my crappy old point and shoot, but it still amazes me that I was able to capture that shot.
So go, sign up. I don't want to have any cards left over. If you don't sign up, I'll be forced to mail them to family, or something.
