Weekends are nice

Hiiii,

I've noticed that no one on my LJ friends page has updated in almost a week. So I am writing about the mundane events in my life in the hope that it will inspire other people to update with more entertaining tidbits.

I'm officially done with my classes at the Yale of the midwest. I had my last final on Thursday. I celebrated by going out to dinner with a couple of the Uppities (I had AMAZING tortellini) and going out for a drink with Wolf who has finally returned to Wooster, rendering the city much more entertaining.

On Friday, I picked up Sarah, and old college pal and fellow history major, from Cleveland and she was kind enough to treat me to dinner at Broken Rock (I love that place!) and we had a lot of fun chatting and reminiscing. We also drank--get this--rhubarb margaritas! They were delicious. Then I went over to Matt's where he, Wolf, Brittany, and a couple of Matt's friends and I all sat in his garage and swapped stories while it rained heavily outside. Definitely a very pleasant night.

Saturday was a lazy yet productive day. I refused to shower or change out of my pajamas but I did read Glamour from cover to cover and I applied for several more jobs.

Today was awesome because Chris was here!!! He stopped by Wooster on his way to NJ and we got breakfast at the Kauffehaus and had a wonderful time catching up. I worked hard to try to convince him to move to Philadelphia (and I think I might eventually succeed!). Chris is probably my favorite man in the whole world.

This afternoon, I drove Sarah back to Cleveland. On my way home, I performed a one-woman rendition of Hairspray.

Tomorrow (technically today) is graduation at the College of Wooster. I cannot believe it's been a full year since I graduated. Life is flying by.
