Srsly. They put mangoes in everything around here.
Um. No images. I can't upload or download anything with this internet connection. v.v
Yesterday, I road an ATV to a viewpoint, went jet-skiing, and para-sailing. That's right. All in the same day.
Riding an ATV is...interesting. You have a little handle-break on your left, and a small button/switch to accelerate. It's a little hard to work at first. You end up going too fast or breaking way too hard. XP It only took me a minute or two to get the hang of it. I was just kinda disappointed that we couldn't go really fast. I was riding behind Princess who was cautious the whole time. I actually yelled "Speed it up, Princess!" but I meant Princess in the derogatory "dainty little girl" way. Not her name. I don't think she got it. XP
NEW STUFF!
I never got a picture of us on the ATVs. Whoops. XP
Pictures from the viewpoint
This is trail to the viewpoint. Really rocky.
New stuff over. I have pictures of me para-sailing and jet-skiing but I'm much too ugly.
Jet-ski! It works pretty much like the ATV, just a lot harder. You can't go a consistent speed. Or I couldn't. I was always going way too fast or slow. XP Every wave you hit kind of splashes you in the face. Salt water in the eyes = irritation. I almost hit a buoy thing trying to wipe my eyes.
Para-sailing! Eh....what can I say? It's fun for about the first few minutes. XD They throw the parachute and you fly up with it. With a grunt of course. It's like someone pulling you really hard off of a table or something. After that, you fly up high in the air for 5 or 10 minutes. After you get over the fear of being up that high, it gets a little boring. They don't let it flap around so you're just sitting up there for a while. Don't get me wrong, it was a fun experience. Just not as frightening as I thought it would be.
Since this entry is over two days...
The next day, we didn't do anything until 9PM or so. We went karaoke...ing (I get get that to look or sound right). I sang (or tried to) Bohemian Rhapsody with my dad. XD That's a tough song to sing. Although, I can't really sing at all. I'm serious. Can't carry a tune with a bucket. (I don't know what that means)
My dad changed the flight so we stay here until Thursday, not Tuesday. The thing is, there isn't much else to do here. Mirose, Princess, and Maureen don't want to be in the sun. They don't like to swim. I'm not a big fan of karaoke or disco (dance) clubs.
Lisa asked me about the food here. Let me tell you this: I had something that made me sick on Wednesday and I'm still sick. Not as sick as before, but my stomach hurts about 10 or 20% of the day. It's probably a vicious parasite. Burrowing its way into my stomach lining to make a home for its millions of children.
It always tastes good if that helps. XP
...
God, this internet is slow. Looking at the connection on my laptop, I've figured out that dial-up would be three times faster.
