I'm back from NYC. Had a wonderful time. I may just have to post a few pictures.

I flew out on the 19th after a torturous time with our Christmas Concert. It went well, I'm just consistently surprised on how people can really be tone deaf. And I had almost forgotten what old lady sopranos sound like.

NYC was amazing...saw a show every night. Good Vibrations, Bombay Dreams, Dracula, Wicked, and The Producers. Also saw the Phantom of the Opera movie on Wednesday morning. I wasn't too sure how the movie was going to be, but I was quite impressed. The woman playing Christine has a wonderful voice, as well as the Phantom. My only complaint was that the Phantom was just too hot. He had no creepiness to him, and I think he needed a bit.

So John and I had dinner at Tavern on the Green, a very nice restaurant in Central Park, went to the Statue of Liberty, WTC site, Rockefeller, Metropolitan Museum of Art, had lunch at the cafe overlooking the skating rink in Rockefeller Center, and had sushi at this very frou-frou restaurant. Well I had sushi. We also went to the Today show on Monday and about froze to death. 3 degrees that morning.
