Yes, I am still alive.
To make an incredibly long story short, I have met a wonderful man named John (yep, that's right, no initials here!) and we've been dating for the last month or so. Things are going extremely well, so well in fact that I am going on vacation with him to New York City and will be flying there in approximately 20 hours.
