See my last post for the author and publisher information.
I made it about half through this book and put it down. I just couldn't get through it. It wasn't a bad book. It was just useless to me. It was all a rehashing of things I already know and work with. It was exasperating. I decided to start reading something else. If you have an anxiety problem and no familiarity with meditation, this book will likely be helpful.
Honestly, I don't think that meditation is a cure all for anxiety as it seems to be toted here in this book. I think that was part of what was so exasperating for me. They used overly simplified cases to demonstrate their arguments. I don't know if the problem is the fact that I am well versed on the topic and it was like trying to dumb myself down to read it.
