Make a list of things you enjoy, even when no one wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it in your journal and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post theirs.
1. Cuddling with Kyle.
2. scrapbooking.
3. Reading a good book.
4. having a really good (great) conversation.
5. singing
6. Listening to music.
7. Getting a good laugh...whether by tv, a movie, a funny story, whatever.definetly have to agree!!!
8. putting lotion on smooth legs right after I shave!
9. Sitting outside
10. taking a nice, loooong shower!!!
11. Hanging out with family that I don’t see very often, and realizing how much I don’t know about them, and then getting to know it.
12. making icons.
13. long walks (usually with Kyle)
14. Making people happy (usually with suprises)
