No fitness today
Another rainy day! Another day of no training and no CrossFit, and the WoD looked like fun!
Still going try to get up early for an hour ride in the morning, that way if its not raining, I can gets some Trap shooting in and still get some training in too. Should it be raining in the afternoon, I will CrossFit.
