Why do I love Europe? Where else would I get a chance to mince my own meat?
Ok, Chicago, maybe, but seriously...I MINCED MY OWN MEAT. Booyeah.
I also spent the prior day drinking this half-fermented young wine drink called burčak. It's got about a shelf-life of 24 hours from the moment it's bottled. It's hard to describe the taste. Slightly fizzy, honey tinged sweetness, but not too sweet. Very refreshing.
My family arrives in prague in one week. Yikes.
It's a strange world. Let's keep it that way.
