Pairing the good with the bad.
GOOD Got up on time.
BAD Still missed my bus to get to school early to meet up with one of my old friends.
GOOD She was delayed anyway, so it wouldn't have worked out.
BAD My iPod erased itself after installing the new iTunes update and keep seeing it as corrupted and told me to do a factory reset, even just after doing a factory reset.
GOOD My friend Lena who's a Genius told me that it was probably because of a malfunctioning harddrive and that they'd probably be able to replace it.
No bad in between the goods!
GOOD My good friend Natalie from Mock Trial in HS is now in my Western Civ clas!
BAD Women's legal rights as citizens in the Constitution are nonexistant. How fucked up is that?
GOOD The guy who accosted me and katater at 3 Monkeys when she came to visit is in my Women's History class! He's so awesome. I will be telling him so on Monday.
No bad in between the goods!
GOOD I got off the waitlist and into my online Eastern Civ class!
BAD I had to wait for several busses in the rain.
No good in between the bads. :(
BAD I left my paycheck at home so I had to double back from the back back to my place and then go straight back again so that I could have moneys.
GOOD I bought a new DS game (Diner Dash!).
BAD I waited around Pioneer Place for three hours so I could have a Genius tell me to go home and reinstall iTunes.
GOOD My iPod started to work!
BAD ...and then it didn't.
I'm leaving a few things out here, like IJ being down right now and how my till was not counted correctly at work and how that caused me to stress-eat and want to smoke a pack of cigarettes, but I just said those things now, so whatever.
I have yoga tomorrow and things WILL be better. I have a new Genius Bar appointment for Friday morning and I will be as pushy as I need to to get them to fix this for me. The guy helping me basically said that this problem sometimes happens with PCs but NEVAR happens with Macs and it made me feel a little inferior, so fuck you, genius bar guy who was nice in every other way! I love my PC.
Also- the good which outweighs ALL of the bad? chere is coming to visit me for a week! Hellooooo Supernatural marathons and baking parties!
