All the improvements that the event seemed to have made over the last 6 years have completely gone, leaving a really badly run event which is blatently just out to rake as much money in as possible without giving anything back to either the public or the

I never realised quite how time consuming it is to make the stuff though.. :S It's an overnight marinade, then 2.5hrs to cook, then the bun making malarky..

I nver realised there was so much involved in making it. I've only ever had Chinese nosh from the takeaway/ restaurant as I'm a cr@p cook!
