what a fantastic weekend! although i didnt do much. I spent Friday night watching life on mars and painting. saturday i went down to the lake to take pictures. there was no one around! it was beautiful! i walked along the lake watching these odd little black and white ducks diving under the water. i said hello to the swans and took their picture. i wandered up into the park and explored. there were a few people out tobogganing and cross country skiing. it put me in such a good mood. all you could hear was laughter through out the park. i really dont understand how people can not like winter. i went over to matt and andrews a little later where matt was cooking up a storm. *yum* lasagna! nancy and i walked over to yonge and picked up a really fun board game called ticket to ride. we ended up playing that and eating yummy food. nancy left after we finished the game and i stuck around to play rock band with the guys for a bit. today was another adventure! i went downtown and met up with bevin and dave to see a strange rendition of alice in wonderland by a troupe from the netherlands. the actors were all on stilts or strange contraptions that moved through out the crowd of people standing around. at the end of the show i ended up acting as a shoulder to cry on for the white rabbit. i was a little surprised to be suddenly in the show :) i went up to my grandmothers for dinner and ended up leaving with a clock and hat. it is funny how that always seems to happen. she buys things and then forgets about them so she gives them away.

i will have to post my pictures soon of my weekend activities!

i have also decided that i want to have more board game nights. they really are so much fun!

now i will finish reading my gaiman book before bed and maybe start on my i am american and so can you book my dad gave me. i hear its really funny :)
