Looking forward to the weekend, got a fair bit of sickness, stress and just general annoyance I probably want to get off my chest so I can focus on a positive weekend for once.
I'll keep most nameless for now mainly because these are from people I like a lot and if I named them, it seemed like I was having a bitch about them, but anyways, here they are.
- First of all, EBay and Paypal. Thank you very fucking much, I can not believe I got tricked into making a double payment upon logging onto Paypal again, god fucking damn it. Also not against EBay but certain sellers who I won't name, because they have a right to an explanation and I might be a bit impatient, but the CD's I'm waiting for are taking their god damn time honestly.........
(EDIT: I see two payments for the same person on a different date, so I'm pretty sure I have, I'm going to go out and check my bank balance to see whether this is true or not)
- The person who claimed that Zombie Girl sounded like Marilyn Manson. *slaps*
- Somebody who couldn't put a CD from my CD case away in the right spot, ok, that doesn't sound like a big deal, but considering that my CD's are sorted by genre to put a Next Generation Hardcore CD into the spot which has a Marilyn Manson CD cover and the Marilyn Manson CD in it already, *headsmacks*
- A person coming online claiming I don't speak to her, despite having blocked me off all year and then reblocking me before I even get a chance to speak to her, geez.......
- Someone at my work trying to argue with me at how the world cup was every 5 years rather then every 4. When I questioned his knowledge, he claimed that he heard it off the radio, if you don't know something simple like that, don't be a sports reporter, ok?
I think the winner for my biggest fucktard of the month is the current owner/writers of the Simpsons. I sat myself down to watch a new episode of the Simpsons for the first time in quite a while. I can't say I was too disappointed since I'm yet to see any episode recently that wasn't anything more then a timefiller. The plots to The Simpsons episodes have never been it's standout point, but at least the older episodes had a few nice and stupid unpredictable tweaks on how situations worked out, the new episodes are more predictable then gravity. But hey, like anyone watches The Simpsons for all of the drama, at the end of the day, many fans want to have a laugh at the show, unfortunately the new writers have forgotten this and are making Simpsons episodes with no funny jokes whatsoever. The jokes are just too utterly predictable and the witty one liners of the past appear to be very much gone, unfortunately in the case of a fair few of the jokes, they go for too long, the episodes become an absolute bore to watch as the episodes get dragged out by 'jokes' that you just want them to end and move on with the plot. This makes watching a new Simpsons episode like raving without the drugs, Resident Evil without the Zombies, Invader Zim without Gir or heck sex without the whips and handcuffs, hahaha. But seriously, it's great to see it continue, but it's sad that it's a series that's just constantly going downhill and will probably die off, rather then finishing up with a big bang.
Futurama owns The Simpsons anyday though.
EDIT^2: I got the CD's today, so I'm happy, only heard the first 3 out of 64 tracks of Endzeit Bunkertracks Act II. But very happy so far. Very drunk right now and will hurt next morning, update a few days after the weekend.
EDIT3: Might not be raving, we'll see, got a good alternative plan instead though. :D
