holy crap, all of my bloodwork came back in the normal range!

BP was also 130/88, which is a touch on the high side, is still within reason.
Dr's scale has me at 265, (as opposed to home or gym which say 260) 10lbs below my lowest point on her record.
So, the best physical I have had in living memory, though I do have a script for an ultrasound to take a look at a fibroid that is being pesky. Not that I want to sign up for another myomectomy, but it should be watched. Really. One should not be able to feel a fibroid simply because abdominal exercises have been done.
Gymmage is again happening regularly in the morning, MWF at the UC. Predominantly in the weight room. Ping me if you would like to join, I love having company.
