Our wonderful government is throwing responsibility for it to local councils whilst cutting the amount of money they provide for the purpose and leaving them to sort it out. So, no postcode lottery in the making there then...
In other news - you may have seen the in the news that all the wet weather has been driving rat populations to the surface looking to relocate to dryer housing. It happened around here and the local house-hunting rodents made it to within 10 feet of the flat. Went outside the other day to find a row of rat corpses around the fringes of the back yard. Go kitties!
