"Yet who would have thought the old man to have so much blood in him"
I went in to check on Emerson and give him his antibiotics. It took me half an hour to clean up all the blood. He must be feeling a little better than I though he would, since he managed to jump into the bathtub (which at least is easy to clean) and on top of the litter box hood. I've never seen so much blood over so many places, not even in horror movies. Emerson claims he is better, doesn't need any pills, and would like to be let out into the rest of the house now please. We are still waiting on test results, we should know a little bit by Friday perhaps. We might get the drain taken out then.
