I have noticed this before, but it became even clearer yesterday when I broke out the motorcycle for the first time this year. I am confident the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MN-DOT) is manipulating the stoplights to increase their tax revenues.

For me maybe it is impatience, maybe I am on a different plane, maybe I am too selfless or maybe I am too selfish.
