(no subject)
Just a quick update to celebrate moving house!
We have been in properly for about 3-4 weeks now and we've done loads! We've had a door blocked up, another door put in in the hall, we've decorated every room, got new sofas, laid some laminate flooring in one of the bedrooms, discovered gorgeous parque flooring in the hall, and this week we have finally received our wardrobes! So today was spent putting clothes away and it's really starting to come together. We still need a futon for one of the spare rooms, and to put some shelves up in our bedroom, and eventually get a new coffee table for the living room etc... I am going on a bit now, but I love it!
We have also discovered that if you go down the road behind our house, you are basically right in the countryside, it's beautiful. I'm so happy. I could just sit in the house all day and I'd be happy. The garden has really come along too thanks to my Mum, I don't know what half the stuff is but it's colourful and loevly. We're going to have a pond next year!
Leo loves it too, although today he chased a bird in the garden and managed to land full force on a pot of flowers, snapping them all. Bless!
