Breakfast: Toasted English Muffin with butter
Snack: Home-made fruit salad (blueberries, strawberries, orange and grapes)
Lunch: Bento Lunch - Lemon Chicken (3 sm pieces), Sirlion Beef (2 sm pieces), Mixed Veg with tofu, 1/2 c of steamed rice with oyster sauce. Coconut mochi (sweet rice ball with coconut filling)
Snack: Mock meat jerky (found this gem in the chinese supermarket, its made of Shitakii mushrooms and chili), banana, mini chocolate cookies, soya milk
Dinner: Mini pitta with light cheese, 3 c of home-made chinese style risotto, tea
Total: 1724 c, 62g of fat 
Quite pleased that I have managed to reach my goal cal allowance, it looks like I have eaten tonnes of stuff but I cut the portions right down so my taste buds were satisfied with different tastes without eating too much.
Plenty of water drunk (2 litres)

Gym:
Suppose to be double high impact classes tonight but I had to cancel, had a bad headache and I think that I am coming down with a cold :0(
