Chinese Take-Away: - Hot & Sour soup, lemon chicken, sirlion beef in fruity sauce, white rice and monk's vegetables and 3 prawn crackers (couldnt resist them so I limited myself)
Total: 1982 c, 89g Fat (above my goal again but much better than Monday's effort but that is a good enough excuse. I will try to be good tomorrow - double gym classes tomorrow)
