I love it when some tiny thing manages to brighten my day immeasurably!
In Multimedia Japanese, we have to come up with a topic that has something to do with contemporary Japan (it can be absolutely ANYTHING) and present a five minute speech about it. Today, the teacher made us all write our chosen topic on the whiteboard and read it aloud.
My topic is (surprise, surprise!): Why is Takarazuka popular in Japan?
When I had read it aloud, the girl sitting in front of me turned around and said, 'Wow, that's a really great topic!'
Another Takarazuka fan?! :D I was really surprised and happy that she knew what Takarazuka was, and she sounded genuinely excited! ^__^
