Messiah written by Boris Starling, is a psychological crime thriller. It was a riveting and haunting read; well-crafted and suspenseful. The killer's motives were disturbingly believable. The ending differed to the British TV drama adaption, for DCI Redfern "Red" Metcalfe and the villain, which I saw first.
