This A&W supervising ninja has two stories to share with you.
Story #1
I had this woman who complained that she didn't have any bacon on her Bacon n'Egger sandwich. Not knowing what to make of it, the bitch showed me her Egger, which was ALMOST finished. She started bitching at me saying that I ripped her off for not putting bacon on it. Luckily, the husband told off his wife and mentioned that he's going to finish off the Egger for her so it's not going to waste. Sadly for the bitch, she didn't get her free sandwich.
One thing that crossed my mind when I see that was she must've already eaten the bacon and didn't realize it. What a dumb bitch!
I've posted some stories about customers fighting in my restaurant before, but this one just happened last Saturday. Good thing two paramedics were there when it happened. (Really! I am NOT kidding!!) The cashiers had just served them a few minutes before.
Story #2
While I was helping the new cook out in the kitchen, the cashiers at the front hollered out that there was a fight happening out in the lobby. Hearing the sounds of tables and chairs being knocked over, the other supervisor and I immediately ran out to see what was going on. Sure enough, there were chairs and tables knocked over as well as spilled drinks. The victim was bleeding from one of his eyes and the other guy responsible for the injury saw me and my co-worker started running out of the restaurant. While my co-worker was attending the victim, I ran out after the guy and that's where I saw (I am NOT kidding when I say this...) an ambulance parked outside.
One of the paramedics called the police, giving them the description of that bastard who ran out. I even asked the other one to check on the victim as well.
Turned out the guy who threw the punches was looking for someone to rob. He was trying to steal his wallet, but got his cellphone instead.
