Sometimes you shouldn't eat your 35 flex points... cos sometimes they override all of the good work you did elsewhere. Try not eating them this week. the other thing is, is that it may just be that you are retaining water in the heat, your body's natural cycle, etc. It's totally possible... I've done it. I've even not lost anything... sometimes it can be a real crapshoot. :o)
