Has anyone else ever GAINED weight on their first week of WW? Cuz I managed it.
I followed the rules and didn't eat beyond my points. I ate all my veggies and fruit and dairy and oils. I drank all my water (and then some!). I exercised. And I GAINED 2 pounds!!!! Please someone tell me that this happened to them, because right now I'm ready to jump off a cliff.
My mother (reminder: my mother lost 26 pounds on WW) initially insisted that I use up all of my extra 35 points for the week, so I did.. now she thinks that maybe I should try not eating them (or at least, eating very few) and go from there. Thoughts?
