Star 100.7 Has Been AXED.
Yup, it’s true. I forgot to mention that on my post yesterday but when I found out, I was utterly devastated. How the hell do you cut a station that ranks in the top 3 consistently and has about 400,000 to 500,000 listeners a day? That’s a pretty high number considering San Diego’s current population is at or around 3,000,000 people. Star had access to one sixth of the city’s people. That’s huge! Fucking idiots. All the djs have been fired except Jeff and Jer, which still air in the mornings. Star’s been gone for almost three weeks now but if you want to check out the new station, 100.7 Jack FM , go for it. It is horrible, atrocious, and appalling. Fuck!
