I recently saw Angels in America onstage for the first time. To say that it's my favorite play is an understatement, so I was thrilled that it was being produced. Granted, seeing it live meant that I wasn't able to recite the lines as they happened (hi, HBO miniseries! I love you!), but it was a sacrifice I was willing to make.
