I saw my doctor today about some stomach troubles I've been having lately, and (among other things) she told me to cut way down on:

1. Coffee / anything caffeinated
   2. Chocolate
   3. Alcohol
   4. Stress

There's a lifestyle change if I ever saw one.

I have a good friend, also a stage manager, who has just started tech. Tonight towards the end of the rehearsal I sent her a text message that said "You are beautiful and I love you."

I got a message back saying, "Well that's very sweet, but who is this?"
