DEVIL'S WHISPERS AND DESIRES
I'd like to apologize first for the crappy name. I-I'll try to find a different one soon, I swear.
Two parts to Cyril's Innocence:
-First part: Devil's Whispers is an equipment type innocence. It takes the form of daggers that Cyril keep in his belt, and they CAN multiply if Cyril wishes it so. They poison Akuma with the slightest cut and spreads quickly through the vessel. It is capable of possibly nicking a Noah in this state, but not that badly.
-Second part: They change into two long swords similar to Mugen. Like Mugen, Devil's Whispers is capable of sending illusions in its second state, and it is capable of hypnosis if the blades clash together in an X shape, sending vibrations into the Akuma's ears (or whatever they have) and causing them either to obey his every order or to explode. Devil's Whispers is also extremely sharp, so watch your fingers. To Noahs, it will definitely hurt you.
Synchronization rate: 89% previously; now about 81% because of the Noah.
DESIRES HAS NOT YET AWAKENED. This means that Cyril is not capable of controlling your movements. So feel free to be happy about that. I do not know when I want him to awaken, but definitely not too soon.
