(no subject)
Just got home about an hour ago from my ride with jay. It was nice, woke myself up at 845, sans alarm clock and Jay called at 900 to wake me up. Got dressed and stretched while I waited for Jay to come get me and watched the end of Revenge of the Sith. Jay was supposed to get me at 930, but he had trouble getting the bike rack onto his car, but he got it and at about 10 he got me. We went to get my bike at Rachels house and headed on down to Long Beach to ride along the boardwalk. We found out that the boardwalk is 2.2 miles from end to end and we rode about 7 miles altogether along it. Stopped at the end each time to hang out and look out at the water and then left and got bagels at the Long Beach Bagel Cafe. It was nice. He dropped me off a lil before 1 and i did some sit ups, push ups and shower and now I'm going to nap. But i'm very happy that I actually woke up early and did things before work. Now i still have time to nap before 6...i'd still have time to nap even if i had work at 330 or 4
