Erm...sayang...means...something like love. But its commonly used as an everyday affection term i think. ^^

Yep, I'm from the Philippines. :D When you say sayang here, it means "What a waste!" XDDDDDDDD;

sayang is like darling or dear or baby or honey or love or anything like that. if it's used for a person that is. the what a waste is also another way to use it tho, but not on persons you care about haha. XD
