(no subject)
summer....
Caitlin and I have moved into our house and it's big and nice and is feeling like home! My room is really big and I have a queen sized bed...there's not really a need for such a big bed, but it was free and maybe one day I'll have company ;)
Last weekend my parents came to MI and we had a family reunion, so that was great! I ran a 10k on Saturday and did better than I expected...my parents were glad they got to see me run, since they never can during x-c season. My coach ran the second half with me, which helped a lot....and then he told me that he's definitely not going to be at Kzoo next year- so we have to find a new coach and it's just sad...plus it gives me and Jenny a lot of extra work since we're the captains and will have to let the new coach know how things were/what worked, etc... bummer.. It was really nice seeing my parents and Elliot again- he now has a cell phone and has grown another inch! We played some basketball and that was fun...Andrew helped him improve his shot and stuff, so that was good!
I just started working on my SIP wednesday- it's pretty laid back and I can't really start the experiment part yet until we have more butterflies!
Caitlin and I found an opened beer on top of a car the other night, so I took it to be funny and then we started discussing whether we could drink it or not...we didn't, but we thought it was probably ok b/c it was a Michelob Ultra and on top of a nice car, so the person was probably fit and rich = disease free... haha
Arianna stayed at our house the past couple of weeks and she just left yesterday :(
I went to Island Fest today and it was not that great, but we weren't hungry and there was no performance going on at the time, so that's probably why.
