Okay, so my hair previous to today was past my shoulders, and half-curly because it was weighed down and thus looked very random.

Ooo I like it! I agree with the first commenter, you DO look older, but the glasses could be helping with that. And I'm also a 20 year old who gets told she looks 14 :). Which is why I like to wear pigtails haha...if people are gonna keep telling me I look young, I'm gonna do the opposite of what they expect.

The cut is cute, as far as looking older not so much I'd say you look 16 now. But it's not so bad, I'm 20 and people tell me I look like I'm 16
