Things I have done this week...
There was a meeting at church one evening.
I started a jumper to put away as a Christmas gift for D-d - but there is only a small piece finished yet so no point in showing you.
Been to WI craft club - where we made a small Easter basket, and a spring hanging decoration involving lolly sticks and felt (which made me think of you
wiseheart)
Two days in the wee bookshop - it is stock taking week and we are using the opportunity to rebuild a stable data base, so a lot of inputting of not only titles but ISBN numbers too.
Umm - oh I knitted another mermaid.

This morning the Sunday School children and I went out in the church garden looking for signs of spring - and I passed the phone to them to take some pictures (I will print them for next week and put them on the board).
This afternoon S2C and I went out for coffee and cake. And then I took a few photos in the garden as this was the first clear day for about a week - it has been damp and misty every day; almost all flights have been disrupted until about 4,30pm each day - when the mist lifted as dusk fell.
I'm sure I did some other stuff too...
So - here are the bits made at WI craft club;
Here's this week's knitted mermaid for the display;
Here are a couple of the spring pictures the children took;
And here are some from our garden.
Barbie the camellia is glorious right now -
My miniature daffs and some of the snowdrops near the conservatory window;
And the full sized daffs are about to open as well -
I am hoping to get a little further with the replanning of the garden this week. The shed needs replacing, and the plants need a rethink. I have a lady who specialises in plants and soft landscaping coming to have a look on Tuesday, and we might begin to get some idea of what would, and wouldn't work.
