I have had a cold for the past few days. I know it is a cold as I did my lateral flow test and it was negative. From having a sore throat and the sneezes I have been left with a really annoying cough - it is a throat cough not a chesty one, but persistent. And, of course, if I cough anywhere in public I get some very worried looks, even though I am wearing a mask to prevent me giving them the cold if I can. Luckily it wasn't too bad whilst I was in church yesterday; it was our harvest service and the children and I were leading part of it.

S2C has it now. He also has an appointment at the eye specialist tomorrow so I am hoping he is not any worse than I was and will feel up to going. He will have to do a lateral flow test to be sure tonight.
