Boxing Day.
As I managed to post every day through December on the run up to Christmas I think I will try to make it the whole month :)
Today has been a lazy day - I have read, perused online sales, ate crumpets for brunch, and turkey, stuffing, and so on for dinner - the same as yesterday's lunch with less work!
There is a storm outside (so much better than it being inside...!) the sea looked very rough by dusk and is doubtless worse now as it is around high tide, and the wind is blowing loudly. We are sheltered a little by our neighbour's house, but even so it will be noisy trying to sleep tonight.
Before the storm hit, but it was getting breezy, the birds in the garden were stocking up -
One of the pair of robins and a wren. There were at least a dozen sparrows, a couple of blackbirds, and I caught a glimpse of one of the blue tits - it was very busy.
