Wow, I just can't stop today. I had some left over buttercream from my White Velvet Butter Cupcakes and seemed to be on a roll. While these are technically brownies, I baked them in a mini-cupcake tray and gave them each a rosette of the buttercream frosting and they came out pretty tasty. Enjoy!
