My Saturday after work plans: cupcakes! A friend requested funfetti cake with cream cheese frosting, which I have to admit I don't really think sounds very good...so I was thinking of doing a from scratch funfetti cupcake but maybe with raspberry filling and then cream cheese frosting, because as much as I love cream cheese frosting I think it needs something with a little more flavor than white or yellow cake...
Thoughts? Suggestions? I'll post pics and a recipe later :)
