Pumpkin Cupcakes?

Hi.

I'm going to a potluck dinner on Saturday and I need to bake something that will travel well (i.e. put on the frosting once I get there and keep it cool during a 2 hour drive plus a whole day in the car after that).

Has anyone made pumpkin cupcakes? I have cute Halloween sprinkles galore.

If you have any suggestions...perhaps ones with a cream cheese filling that would be great! I've made pumpkin cake before...just never cupcakes.
