this was my second time making cupcakes from scratch and i made cinnamon apple cupcakes
i got the recipe from this posting (http://community.livejournal.com/curiouscupcakes/534850.html#cutid1) and they turned out SO well. ill certainly be making them again. and next i want to try the chocolate/caramel cupcakes from that same post.
but on to the pictures....sorry for the quality, they're from my cell phone
here they are fresh out of the oven and still naked. they made my house smell very good.

the frosting was too sweet for my taste, so i only did half of the cupcakes. any suggestions on what i can do with the extra frosting? im thinking of making cookies and frosting them on top
