Newbie and I baked yummy cupcakes today:)

♥ Your cupcake history:My bf loves to cook and I love to bake goodies. I wish I did it more, I often bake at night when he is off hiking or camping and I am home all by my lonesome self. I have been baking since Grade 11, but only been baking cupcakes for the last few years.
♥ Why you like cupcakes: Because its less guilt free when you eat one cupcakes than a piece of cake. lol. Plus it gives you more creative space to try new toppings or try to make a different size.
♥ Cupcake photos, recipes, or other interesting cupcake-related tidbits that you found:I tried this recipe tonight for the first time and added one caramel candy in the middle of each cupcake before putting in the oven to bake.

Note: I only filled the cupcake batter half full, it rose to the top once its was done.
I also made bite size cupcakes too
The goey caramel centre...oh so good. The chocolate taste isn't sweet, its just right the goey centre adds a nice sweet touch to the cupcake! My bf said the batter tasted like chocolate pudding, he and I had one cupcake once it cooled down. Oh so good!!
