♥ Your cupcake history: I've only been dabbling in the cupcake world for about a year, but I've been baking since before I can remember. My favorite thing to do when I was little was to hang out in the kitchen and watch my mom. She has amazing talent and has run a bootleg bakery out of our various kitchens my whole life. I memorized her chocolate chip cookie recipe when I was 8 years old and have been turning out treats on my own since; for the past year and half they have been vegan.
♥ Why you like cupcakes: They're easier to share and transport, faster to decorate and I feel better eating one cupcake than one HUGE slice of cake.
I'm currently busting my ass to veganize one of my favorite recipes from my mother, a pistachio cake. I'm in the trial and error stages, but as soon as it's perfected I will indeed be sharing. I'm pretty positive that I've already joined and left this community once. So, some of you have probably already seen these photos. Of course I've turned out a lot more goods since then, but I'm a baker, not a photographer.
