Big cupcake photo update

Here's all the cupcakes I’ve made since 4th of July and just haven’t got around to sharing them yet
Lime and cocoanut
just plain vanilla and
raspberry chocolate chocolate YUM

I love her website, she has a lot of awesome recopies and also her photos are amazing!






These ones are just some vanilla ones I made using a recipe I have and some left over vanilla frosting which got kinda goopy bc i loaded it with food coloring but they were still good



There are some tie-dye decorated ones and the blue swirly ones were my favorite. I had to put sprinkles on some bc I did run low on frosting lol




Now, these are my favorite cupcakes I’ve ever made so far!
They were for my dads birthday, he like chocolate and raspberries like me!
So he first batch I made with a chocolate cupcake recipe I found in our Hershey cookbook and also the chocolate ganache and made was from there too. I made a raspberry filling that I got from here http://www.emerils.com/recipes/by_name/raspberry_filling.html

Here’s the raspberry filling being made, m house smelt SO GOOD mmmm

they were SO GOOD






For he second batch I used a box of dark chocolate cake mix and the same ganache recipe and since I only had so much filling that I wanted to use for the top I just filled them with a thick raspberry jelly I bought








And that's it so far!!
