recipe request!
Hey guys, I joined this community a while ago and I haven't posted any pictures because someone stole my camera and of course as soon as I bought a new one my summer vacation started getting cluttered with things to do! However, I am still reading and loving a lot of your posts and you guys are amazing!
So I need to bake a cake and I want to decorate it with mini-cupcakes for my boyfriend's surprise 18th birthday party sometime in early September. However, I want to use white chocolate frosting and I've never made it so I don't have a recipie for it. So I was wondering would anyone mind giving me a recipe that you like for white chocolate frosting? The reason why I am asking this early before the party is because I want to have a chance to try to make it ahead of time. Any tips and/or recipes for me would be so greatly appreciated because I've only tried to make my own frosting before once and it turned out absolutely foamy and terrible!
