♥ Your cupcake history: I've always been a baker. Anything baked, you name it, and I'll whip it up. Miniatures of anything are always fun. Mini cakes, mini bread loaves, etc. Too cute, too fun ... the perfect gift!!
♥ Why you like cupcakes: The freedom of expression. I've made four different types of cupcakes at one time before, cut down the recipes and fill individual tins. You simply can't have that much leeway with larger cakes. It's like the difference between poetry and literature for me; you have to fill as much flavor into a much smaller package. Cupcakes are denser and more intense bits of joy for your mouth!!
♥ Cupcake photos, recipes, or other interesting cupcake-related photos/tidbits that you found: Since I switched my diet and am now vegan, I've found it especially fascinating to attempt to redo familiar recipes and discover new ones!
