(no subject)
Not to jinx it but things seem to be going pretty well lately.
Certainly better than the past few wks. yay!
Saturday night was fun..went to the club downtown with a bunch of girls (+jose) from work to celebrate a few of the girls b-days that were last week.
Took me forever to figure out what to wear lol...how sad is this: i work at a place that sells bras and yet i dont own a decent convertible bra. I wanted to wear a halter but none of the bras i have that can do that are much good. kinda sad lol. but they never give us those ones for free!
Anywho i opted for this guess teal stretchy spaghetti strap with awesomeness eye shadow ( love my teal one from mac) and guess black low rise jeans with little black heals...Newho so it was quite a bit of fun but there sure are a lot of icky ass hole guys out there...the gay nights are so much nicer in that regard. i swear its like gay ppl are just more polite at clubs! cause the amt of guys who thought it was ok to just grab onto us or just walk up and start bumping their crotch into a girl is freaking rediculous..im talking waay worse than the clubs ive been to in OC even. but shhhh dont tell ruben cause he was giving me so much grief for goin and saying how he didnt like me there without him and yadda yadda. I dont care, i can take care of myself and i did and i had fun! And i soooo wanna go again.
Anywho, it made the floorset at work the next day interesting too cause most of us who worked it had gone the night before so we were a lil silly from lack of sleep hehe. Kinda made it more fun tho and we still got out on time!
Classes are goin fine..got a paper and test coming in a wk in poly sci, makeups to do for rec and dance these next couple wks but pretty simple/straight forward. o i found out theres a dance team that just started this semester on campus too! they added me on myspace lol but im way excited and am hoping maybe its somethin i can do next semester???? depends on cost and time of course but it really would be nice if i could pull it off. ive got class with some of the girls and theyre a cool bunch of ppl. plus i miss performing.
Anywho, ive got dance class in the am and my roommate wants light out soon so i should get to bed. but i actually feel like im on top of things for the first time in sooo very long and
IMAGINE THIS: I ACTUALLY HAVE A LIFE AGAIN!
I mean seriously, i havent gone out and done as much fun stuff (even when visiting home kinda) or felt as relaxed in a rediculously long time. its amazing what no physics, one less unit (plus more dance classes) and a recreation and leisure studies class that actually requires me for hw to do leaisure activities lol can do for a person!
I just feel more in control of my life than i did..i mean its still a work in progress and keeping this up will be interesting once i get done with GE classes and what not but right now it is nice.
Makes me get all sorts of ideas for stuff to do this summer too..im soo going to the beach more than i did last summer, and getting me license officially, and making time to hang out with more friends and visit my g-ma more and ive got to come up with something great to do for my 21st B-day!* excitement* (only downside there is a lot of my friends wont be 21 yet...so that limits it a lil but i really wanna do something different or i dunno but special and fun! Open to ideas/suggestions btw) Okay really going to bed now lol.
