I'm so bad about keeping up with this thing...
SO anyway.
As a nod to my last entry about sterilization, I appreciate the feedback on that.. and would have written replies, but I feel kinda weird about replying to comments nearly a month after they were made :x I kept putting it off and forgetting.. and that's just the kind of winner I am.
But, I have an appointment to talk to a Dr. on the 5th about my sterilization options. I looked at her Dr.'s profile, and found it interesting and optimistic that she has no kids of her own. Some step-kids, but none that she spawned herself. So, either she's infertile (which I'd feel like a jerk) or she may just understand the lack of a breeding impulse. So, we shall see.
In other stuff.. not too long now before I get my friend over here! He's more than a friend really.. and we'll see if we have something special in life once he gets here. He's absolutely everything I could ever hope for in any one person! I didn't think anyone like him could exist.. but there he is.. a little far away for now, but if things work out, as it were, he may well come to live here for a while :3 I'm very very excited to have him :D He'll be visiting between the 8th and 22nd.
Also, I've adopted rats. They're cute! And ratty :D I have 2 boys for now, just fell in love with the first rats I met from the first (and til a few days ago, the only) real breeder I went to meet. http://pics.livejournal.com/curiodraco/gallery/0001fa5q I'm getting one more (because I am weak, and they are adorable!) from here early in May http://foreverlovedratsrattery.yolasite.com/available-babies.php I was really hoping to find some siamese marked rats, but I wasn't too optimistic about the matter so I wasn't gonna hold my breath about it. But this breeder replied to my craiglist inquiry about rat breeders, and has exactly what I wanted! So, I just have to get one xD
Other life things.. art is going well, keeping me busy and sometimes overwhelmed, I keep forgetting to keep up on other things x_x But, still going pretty strong on that. I really like where my artistic career is going. I feel like I'm improving with each new piece of work and really going somewhere with it. Ultimately, it is still just furry, and mostly dirty :x but, it's a job. Customer get what customer want. And artist get money. Its a fair trade!
