In case you didn't know of course. Cannot wait till the 6th book comes out. I pre-orderded mine back in January so I've been aching to get that book in my hands. I am seriously having withdrawal symptoms. My sisters keep suggesting other books that are similar, but no. I won't have it. It's like taking someone who wants to see the Grand Canyon to see the crack in my sidewalk.
So alot's gone on since I last updated.
On Saturday, I went to my sister's school to volunteer for this sports spectacular thingy they were having. I oversaw the volleyball and track/field events. I got sunburned and between the shirts they made us wear and the sunglasses I was wearing, I looked like a freak. That same day, Nic and I went to go see Sin City @ the Alamo Drafthouse. Fun stuff! It was very gory but interesting. I ordered the Blazin' Saddles Pizza and Nic got the Ragin' Bull. I wanted to try the fried pickles but we ended up getting the usual chips/queso.
Sunday was spent doing laundry and grocery shopping and what not. Not very interesting.
Monday - Today were spent studying for stupid tests that I probably failed. Not too encouraging, but I think I've pretty much given up on this semester.
Tuesday was interesting b/c my co-workers broke out into a fight at the meeting yesterday. Very entertaining. I like drama when it doesn't involve me. Mean? Yes. Cruel? Maybe. Wrong? Definitely. Funny? Hell Yeah.
I'm super hungry.
Got an estimate on the damage to my car from that freak hail storm = $2300. That's less than what it cost for them to buy a new driver's side door and repair the back door from my accident. I would just keep the money. That's a lot of gas money.
I guess I should get back to work. It's been rather slow around here. Arrgh.
Oh yeah, must note: If you see my screen name between the hours of 8:30 to 5:30 weekdays....I promise it is not me. My AIM automatically logs on whenever they reboot the system here at work and whoever is sitting at my desk is probably one of my many managers :) . Most of my time is spent with patients. So yeah. My manager thought it was hilarious when Lily thought it was me playing a rather "dumb" April Fool's Joke.
