(no subject)
So, originally the plan today was to stop by work and pick up my costume, and then maybe swing by the mall to pick up some leggings to go with it.
... While there, I figured I might as well go looking for a top for the skirt I'm making for the wedding. "Oh. Its cold back there. I should get a couple more long sleeved shirts, and warm pjs, and maybe a jacket-type thing to go over the blouse to match the skirt..."
I don't think I need to go clothes shopping for the rest of this year. Really. ARGH. Three long-sleeved t-shirts, 2 sets of leggings, another pair of jeans, fancy cream-gold blouse, and a light green light jacket to go over it. Doesn't sound like a lot, but that was rather a lot to carry around the mall. *makes face*
And of course, its in the high 90s here, dry and windy (fire conditions- I even saw smoke off in the foothills toward San Bernardino Co), and it was TOO HOT to be trying some of these things on in the dressing room.
