Intimidated? I took it for what it was. You told me that I had no idea what I was talking about. That's basically insulting my intelligence, and by insulting my intelligence you've started something. What I said was an opinion, an opinion that you may perhaps think incorrect, but an opinion nonetheless. If you had wanted to have an intellectual discussion about it then I wouldn't have had a problem, but you just came out saying "idk who u r but you have no idea what ur talking about." If you disagree with my take on things, fine, tell me that you disagree. But do not go off on a tirade about high school sweethearts and ignorance just because you disagree. I think that "ignorant" is a term not to be used lightly, unless you're speaking about fact.

I did mean people who eat meat. It truly is an ignorant thing to do, to think that your life is somehow worth more than an animal's. Sarcasm is the weapon of the weak when used in argument.

I'd prefer not to argue with you any further, as you're irritated with me and I with you, and therefore nothing worthwhile will come of this.

What I said was not stupid, actually. I happen to think that what you're saying is incredibly stupid and I'm not putting much thought into my arguments. And it does mean you're weak, because you obviously are putting some thought into arguing with me more and trying to prove your point, but you had no argument back for that because I am right. So you settled for sarcasm.

I realize that it's not a good thing, but there are other outlets besides crying. Perhaps tears are your way of letting your emotions out, but they're not everyone's. Fortunately, everyone on this earth is not like you. And in case you can't read, I said "rarely." Rarely means that they do on occasion, but the majority of the time they don't work. People grow and change when they graduate high school, usually apart.

It is ignorant. Other animals can't go to the supermarket and buy products that are meat-free. Would you eat your dog or cat? Likely not. Perhaps you should stop having the opinions that you are told to have and think for yourself. Do you think your life is worth more than a cow or a pig? Because I assure you that it isn't.

Why did you even comment to something that had nothing to do with you?I don't appreciate you saying shit to my friends because you do not agree with their opinion...Especially when you bash other people's ethics..maybe some people DO care about something besides themselves, and don't want to support an industry where animals are castrated without pain killers.or fed their dead cage mates. You should think a little bit before you go ahead and say shit to other people. You would not dare bash someone's race or religion.now would you?I suggest that you do not say shit that you do not understand.and fuck off.

She was stating her opinion.Teenage boys are, indeed, stupid.I'm not sure how much you know about long lasting relation ships, but I happen to think that when you're 14 years old, relationships don't really mean much.If you think about it,the purpose people were placed on this earth to do was reproduce. The only reason people even "love" each other is because of their ancient urge to produce offspring.Though this seems unecessary,it still happens, and forever will.because people won't kill themselves..or stop reproducing for two seconds. Now, you tell me how important this relationship is?

as for the meat issue..don't take it personally..though you can..I think that everyone who eats meat is selfish and should be taken out to a farm, starved for two weeks, then hung by their leg..and their throat slit while their blood leaks out slowly..dying a long, painful death.for the taste ofcourse. Now these are my morals.Take them or leave them..but don't fuck with what other people find extremely important..maybe all you care about is some guy,or your hair.but I tend to care about things that are not idiotic.

And how so? I simply have morals. Perhaps you don't care about anyone besides yourself and your friend, but I do.

If you had an argument, you should have expressed it.

I said rarely later on, in case you can't read. That first post was not addressed to you, and you should mind your own business.

I was expressing my opinion. I think that she shouldn't because there are better outlets and it doesn't help anything. That's my take on the matter based on my experiences. Perhaps you shouldn't have told her to cry. Either way, it's an opinion. Yours is no better than mine.

Dogs and cats do. When I can find meat-free food for my pets, I will buy it for them. But it's a rather difficult thing to achieve. You are not a dog or a cat, in case you haven't noticed. I don't want you to agree with everything that I say. What I do want is for you to mind your own business, because I was not even talking to you nor do I have the desire to keep talking to you. Your arguments haven't proved worth hearing so far and this is a waste of my time. I'm not reading anything that you write anymore. I told this to your friend. Good day.

Miffy i agree with you about this. Guys stop it! You dont even know eachother! Lori and Jackie stop now because Kristin was just defending her friend and showing concern about me and if you really cared about me you would stop with this petty crap.

Stop now. Just stop. Miffy im sorry you had to deal with this and i want you to know i really appreciate you and im sorry about the verbal abuse. its not right to dislike SOMEONE YOU DONT KNOW! just because they have opinions you dont like. So guys... get over it.

I care Emily, and in case you didn't notice she started it. This argument didn't really have all that much to do with you once it got started. I can't believe that you're telling her that you're sorry she had to deal with verbal abuse. She was the one who started with me. Perhaps you should apologize to me for having to deal with your kooky friend who can't mind her business (though I don't actually want an apology). I don't care if she was defending someone, I barely said anything about him (which you agreed with, by the way) and the rest of our argument had nothing to do with either you or TJ. I wasn't even speaking to her in the first place. Had she said something that I didn't agree with I would not have written a whole paragraph about it. I would have just thought "Wow, that's stupid," and moved on with my life. I'm glad to see that you looked at both sides of the issue.

"Miffy," learn to mind your own business.

I'm not looking at this thread anymore because it's far too annoying.

yes it must have been a terrible strain on blondenotdumb..seriously Emily, how much patience do you think I possess? You're on a thin string with me..and a brown colored string..I hate the color brown.

and I don't know how much you care about what you say you do..but I happen to stand by what I believe in.

looky here, now i stand by things i believe in and im being persecuted! Surprise surprise. Im apologizing to kristin because Lori did kind of jump down her throat and its MY journal, just as if i were having a party and two of my guests got into a fight i would apologize.

I dont care about the state of the string im on jackie, if you cant handle me saying something thats not to your liking then maybe i shouldnt talk unless you hold up an index card with the "proper" thing i should say to you.

Lori, i do agree that you didnt say much about TJ , but from now on resist the urge to argue ( i know its hard) because i always end up in the middle.
